April 28, 2009: Jet Airways’ JetPrivilege, India’s largest and most recognized frequent flyer programme, has been honoured at the prestigious Freddie Awards for the fifth year in a row, having emerged victorious again in the ‘Best Elite Level’ category, for the second year in a row, at the 21st Annual presentation ceremony of the Freddie Awards 2008, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA on April 23, 2009.
Jet Airways’ JetPrivilege was voted the 'Best Elite Level' program by flyers across the Japan, Asia Pacific and Australia region. The category is based on the various benefits that the Elite or Top tier members get with any frequent flyer programme.

Jet Airways Wins Customer And Brand Loyalty Award For The Second Consecutive Time
Mumbai,January 30,2009: Jet Airways,India’s premier international airline,has won the coveted Customer and Brand Loyalty award in the Commercial Airlines Sector(Domestic),at the second Loyalty Awards.
The award was received by Mr.Rahul Kucheria,General Manager – Relationship Marketing,Jet Airways in the presence of industry stalwarts from the telecom, banking,insurance and IT sectors,among others,at the Taj Lands End,Mumbai on January 29,2009.
This was the airline’s second consecutive victory at the Loyalty awards,having previously won the award in the same category in 2008.
The Loyalty Awards are the outcome of a combination of Consumer Research undertaken in six Indian cities,as well as nominations received from organisations.These Awards are governed by a carefully selected jury who,on the basis of the above two findings,decide the final Award Winners in each award category.
Commenting on the honour,Mr.Wolfgang Prock-Schauer,CEO,Jet Airways said,“At Jet Airways,we have always strived to build long-term relationships with our customers,beyond mere commercial transactions.This relentless focus on the customer has helped generate tremendous goodwill and loyalty for the Jet Airways brand,in both Indian and foreign skies.”

Jet Airways Wins ‘Airline With Best First-Class Service In The World’ Award In USA
December 15,2008:Jet Airways,India’s premier international airline,has been voted as the ‘Airline with Best First-Class Service in the World’,by readers of the prestigious Business Traveler magazine,at the 20th Annual ‘Best in Business Travel’ Awards.
The airline received the award at a gala ceremony at the Sofitel, Los Angeles on December 11,2008.
With the introduction of its award-winning First Class,Jet Airways created the first airline ‘suites in the sky’, offering passengers the ultimate in privacy and luxury.

Jet Airways Doctor Wins Award In The Civil Aviation Category At The 48th ISAM Conference,Bengaluru
December10,2008:Jet Airways,India’s premier international airline,recently won the Best Paper award in the Aviation category at the 48th Annual Indian Society of Aviation Medicine(ISAM) Conference held in Bengaluru,1st-3rd December,2008.
Jet Airways’ Dr.Lambert D’Cunha,Asst.Manager Medical Services (Mumbai),was accorded with the Best Paper award for a paper presented by him on “MEDICAL DIVERSIONS ON COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT –THE JET AIRWAYS EXPERIENCE”.Dr.Lambert’s study was based on flight diversions for a specific period,both domestic and international to,due medical emergencies.
In his insightful presentation,Dr. Lambert aims to determine the etiology / incidence of the in-flight medical emergencies leading to flight diversions;to audit the appropriateness of the decision to divert;and the appropriateness of the First Aid treatment administered by the cabin crew.
The contributions made by the Jet Airways Medical team were lauded by the delegates consisting of eminent members of the medical fraternity of the Indian Armed Forces and domestic commercial airlines.
The ISAM award is but the latest in a long line of awards that Jet Airways has been honored with,over the years,for excellence across several facets of its operations.
