Jet Airways Introduces Special Limited Period Premiere Fares To London From Several Indian Cities

Mumbai, May 28, 2009: Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, has introduced special Premiere fares to London from several Indian cities.

Jet Airways has introduced a special limited period offer for Première passengers from Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune travelling to London between May 29, 2009 and September 30, 2009.

Jet Airways Reports PAT Of INR 530 Million For Q4 FY09

Jet Airways reports PAT of INR 530 million for Q4 FY09;based on International performance,restructuring program,reduced fuel price & exceptional items;significantly improved EBITDAR margin of 20.8%.

Highlights for quarter ended March 31,2009 vs March 31,2008

Operational:

. System-wide ASKMs of 6,969 million, down 9.3%

. System-wide RPKMs of 4,997 million, down 8.3%

. System wide seat factor of 71.7% vs 70.9%

. 2.54 million revenue passengers carried,down 20%

Financial:

. Revenue of Rs.25,662 million (US$ 505.9 million),down by 8.2%.

. EBITDAR of Rs 5,140 Million(US$ 101.3 million) in Q4 FY09 versus Rs.2,122 Million (US$ 52.9 Million) in Q4 FY08 and Rs.3,577 Million (US$ 73.4 Million)in Q3 FY09.

. EBITDAR Margin at 20.8% in Q4 FY09 versus 7.7% in Q4 FY08 and 11.8% in Q3 FY09.

Financial results of Jet Lite for the Q4 and year ended March 2009:

· Achieved seat factor of 69.1% in Q4 FY09 versus 69.5% for Q4 FY08.

· Achieved Revenues of Rs.3,340 million (US $ 65.9 million) v/s 3,874 million (US $ 96.6) for Q4 FY 2008.

· EBITDAR of Rs.165 million (US$ 3.3 million) in Q4 FY09 versus negative Rs. 832 Million (US$ 20.7 million) in Q4 FY08 and positive Rs. 509 million (US$ 10.5 million) in Q3 FY09.

· EBITDAR Margin at 5.3% in Q4 FY09 vs negative 21.8% in Q4 FY08 and positive 12% in Q3 FY09.

· Loss after tax of Rs. 1,316 million (US $ 25.9 million) v/s Rs. 1,633 million (US $ 40.7 million) for Q4 FY’08.

Jet Airways Inflight Collection Drive For Five NGO's Working On Women's Issues

Mumbai, May 22, 2009:- As part of its 'Celebrating Womanhood' initiative, Jet Airways had embarked on an in-flight collection drive for five Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) working on a range of women’s issues including health, education and empowerment, from March 1-March 8, 2009. These NGO's include Muktangan, Navjeet Community Health Center, Swayam Shikshan Prayog (SSP), SAHAS and Mijwan Welfare Society.

On Thursday, May 21, 2009, Jet Airways formally handed over the cheques to representatives of the five NGO's at a small ceremony at the airline's Litolier office.

Jet Airways Konnect Enhances Its Pan-India Network With The Introduction Of Five New Flights

Mumbai, May 18, 2009: Buoyed by strong customer demand, effective May 20, 2009, Jet Airways Konnect, Jet Airways’ new all-economy service, will enhance its network to include five new services, including four new services from Kolkata.

The airline will enhance air connectivity within North Eastern India with the introduction of its services on the Kolkata - Jorhat, Kolkata - Agartala, Kolkata - Guwahati and Guwahati - Agartala sectors, while linking two key cities in Eastern and Southern India with the introduction of its new Kolkata-Bengaluru service.

Jet Airways Introduces “Jet Airways Konnect” A New All Economy No-Frills Service

Mumbai,May 07,2009: Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline will introduce a new all Economy service,Jet Airways Konnect starting May 08,2009,on select routes in India.

Jet Airways Konnect is a new economy class service designed to meet the needs of the low fare segment. It will complement Jet Airways’ full service product, by providing a service that is better suited to cater to a market that desires an economically priced low fare product.

Jet Airways Konnect offers a no-frills, economy class service where guests will be offered attractive and competitive low fares on specific routes.

The on ground and in flight service will be delivered by Jet Airways staff, the only difference will be that travellers will have to buy their meals on board.

Jet Airways Konnect will have dedicated aircraft for this service, the flight number range for this service will be unique and will help both guests and travel agents identify the class of service.

Jet Airways Introduces Special Fares To London From Several Indian Cities

Mumbai, May 06, 2009: Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, has introduced special return Economy, Première and First Class fares to London from several Indian cities, with immediate effect.

Special Economy Fares

The airline offers attractive return Economy fares to London, details of which may be found below. To avail of these fares, which are available for sale with immediate effect, passengers must complete their booking by May 31, 2009.

The fares are effective for travel from May 11, 2009 to June 30, 2009.

The return base economy fare from Mumbai to London and from Delhi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Pune to London via Mumbai is Rs.11,990.

The return base economy fare from Goa, Nagpur, Rajkot, Trivandrum, Kochi, Coimbatore and Jaipur to London via Mumbai and from Amristar, Chandigarh, Jaipur to London via Delhi is Rs.12,500.

Special Première Fares

Jet Airways has also introduced special return Première fares to London, details of which may be found below. These fares are available with immediate effect.

The return base première fare from Mumbai to London and from Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Kolkata to London via Mumbai is Rs. 89,000.

The return base première fare from Delhi to London is 1,06,000.

The return base first class fare from Mumbai or Delhi to London is 1,71,000.

These fares are available with immediate effect.

Jet Airways operates two daily, direct flights to London from Mumbai, and a single daily, direct service to London from Delhi.

Jet Airways Announces A Codeshare Agreement With Virgin Atlantic On The Mumbai-London Route

Mumbai,May 05,2009: Jet Airways is pleased to announce a codeshare agreement with Virgin Atlantic with effect from 06 May 2009.

This new agreement means that guests can book with Virgin Atlantic to travel with Jet Airways on their double daily service between Mumbai and London Heathrow.

Jet Airways also operates a daily service between Delhi and London Heathrow 9W 122 departs Delhi at 13.45 hrs and arrives into London at 18.30. On the return flight 9W121 departs London Heathrow and 20.45 and arrives into Delhi at 09.45.

Virgin Atlantic operates a daily service between London Heathrow and Delhi departing London Heathrow at 22:00 arriving into Delhi at 11:00 and departing Delhi at 13:15 arriving into London Heathrow at 17:55.
